The www.autoclick.lk is a registered Commercial Brand under Team Romain (Pvt) Ltd, a company incorporated in Sri Lanka bearing company registration number [*] and having its registered office at [*] (“Owner”).

It is a Digital Platform, providing Services i.e. to showcase adverts for Buyers and sellers to facilitate Vehicle Transactions i.e. Vehicles, Spare parts or related Services through E-Auctions, Sales and related Services Providers. The Owner will not be liable for any legal disputes between Sellers, Buyers or other Users. While the Platform strives to offer a professional and accurate experience, it is not responsible for Errors, Incomplete Information, Mistakes in Ad Contents, Copyrights, Accuracy of Images, Technical glitches or fake information provided by Users, as these are beyond www.autoclick.lk control.

For any Doubts, Complaints or Suggestions, Users can contact www.autoclick.lk via info@autoclick.lk or visit https://www.autoclick.lk/contact. We value User input and will take the necessary actions to provide a Reliable & High-Quality digital experience.

By using any of www.autoclick.lk Services, Users agree unreservedly and without limitations to all the Terms & Conditions mentioned herein and any Particular Conditions applicable at the time of access.

Please note that the information may be presented to affiliated websites, registered under the Owner to facilitate Additional Features, Promote Organic Reach, etc.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated over time and Users will be notified through the Platform's notification system. It is the User's obligation to be up-to-date prior to the use of this Platform.

Regarding payments to Third Parties, Users are advised to be educated and consider secured options or consult a Legal Professional before making any payments. In the case of Legal Disputes, Users are entirely responsible for any consequences arising from their actions.

No, you can use the search option to find vehicles and businesses without registering.

Registration on www.autoclick.lk is absolutely FREE for an individual. Businesses can register with us for the lowest listing fee and receive a number of benefits from us such as:

No, only Normal User registration is available. Follow the given steps to register using Google:

Step 02 - Click on sign in with Google

Step 03 - Select or login to your google your Google account

Step 02 - Click on the “Account Setting”

Step 03 - Edit the necessary information

Step 04 - Now save the changes by clicking on the "Update" button

Step 01 - Click on the "Account setting" button in the "My account" section

Step 02 - Enter your new password and click the "Update Account" button

There are 2 methods to recover the password:

a. Email

Step 01 - In the Login section select "Forgot password"

Step 02 - Enter your registered Email address & click the "Send Password Reset Link" button

Step 03 - You will receive an email from www.autoclick.lk with a link

Step 04 - Click on the link and enter the Username and new Password and then Login

Step 05 - If you don’t know your registered email address, please Contact Us for further assistance

b. Mobile Number

Step 01 - In the Login section select "Forgot Password"

Step 02 - Select "Reset Via Mobile" and enter your registered Mobile Number and the New Password

Step 03 - Click on "Send Password Request OTP" and enter the code

Step 04 - Once processed, you need to add your credentials in the Login to access the website

Step 05 - If you don’t know your registered mobile number, please Contact Us for further assistance

To log in to your account, simply go to the login page and enter your Email and password. If you have created an account via Google, click on the respective buttons and follow the instructions.

To log out of your account, simply click on your profile and press "Log out".

By default, on the search result page, the most recently added Vehicle listing is displayed on the top according to Vehicle type, budget and location given by you.

No result found is displayed when no vehicles are listed on www.autoclick.lk that match your search criteria.

Listing your vehicle on www.autoclick.lk is absolutely free. You can post up to three vehicles for FREE.

Your vehicle advertisement on www.autoclick.lk will be active and visible on the ad listing page for a minimum period of 30 x Days. We will send you an intimation before your ad expires and the ad will not be visible on the search result page after this period.

Please note that only Sales Ads can be promoted.

To promote, click “Promote your ad” and get up to 100 times more responses to your ad.

Step 03 - Fill out the Bidding Registration form

Step 04 - Click "Submit"

Step 05 - Once the info is verified you will be able to bid

Note that while we are verifying, you can temporarily Bid limited to 3 Auctions.

To place a bid, click on the vehicle you're interested in and enter your bid amount. Bids are typically in predetermined increments and you can choose to bid manually or set a maximum bid.

Bids are binding commitments, so retracting a bid is generally not allowed unless there are exceptional circumstances. Please review the auction rules for our specific policy on bid retractions or contact us.

Yes, there is a fee to publish an Auction Ad.

Step 03 - Fill out the Auctioneer Remarks form

Step 04 - Fill in all the fields one by one.

Buyers, Sellers and Service Providers, involving Transactions, Payments or any other matters. Acquired data are entirely used to Enhance the Platform and User experience, with strict conformity to data protection laws to prevent misuse or unauthorized disclosure. It should be unequivocally emphasized that www.autoclick.lk will not share or publish any accumulated personal data. · The Owner may be compelled to disclose the User's information to meet Legal Obligations by Law Enforcement agencies, Courts in the event of any possible legal disputes between the Users, Business entities and Legal Disputes in general

· In the event of a transfer of ownership & the assets of the Owner are sold & acquired by a Third Party.

· Affiliated entities associated with the Owner may receive User Information to Support and Enhance www.autoclick.lk operations, including Research, Marketing, Product Improvement and Strategic Planning.
